Wide leg or skinny? What’s out what’s not? This has been a big debate on the internet lately.

 

I personally still wear both but I’m really loving a wider leg pant lately. It’s new, it adds something fresh to my outfit, and they are super comfy!

As you are looking for the right wide leg pant, don’t be discouraged if the first few tries don’t fit well. There are a variety of cuts and styles in wide leg jeans, you’ll have to try a few before you find one you love. You can choose styles that are more slim in the leg, have a higher waist, or a softer fabric.

WIDE LEG PANTS + SWEATER TEE

Sweet and easy! A sweater tee (or any favorite tee) is an easy outfit idea. I prefer a sweater tee because it feels less casual. The puff sleeves also dress up the look and add a fem flair. Jewelry or no jewelry is your choice but with a higher neckline top, your jewelry options are endless! You can pair it with a delicate necklace or a chunky one like this vintage piece I own. The wide leg pants definitely make the vintage necklace look  more modern.

 

 

 

WIDE LEG PANTS + CAMI + JACKET

Cami’s are an easy, light-weight option for spring. It’s also a great way to make a wide leg pant feel sexier. I paired this with a short jacket to make this more like a work vibe outfit, but you can wear a short cardigan as well. I’d avoid a long bulky cardigan because there’s just too much fabric with the wide leg denim and big cardigan.
