We continue to make each experience personalized, expedient, and just as effective as our in-person sessions. The big difference is that our online sessions are through video chats, and we give you extra time to communicate with us via email. No matter where you are, we’re committed to going above and beyond to help you achieve your style goals.

Some of the best benefits we’ve found from working virtually have been the time saved from commuting. You get to try clothing on from the comfort of your home, and you can take more time making your shopping decisions. It’s also much easier to accommodate your virtual sessions to your busy schedule.

If you’ve never worked with a stylist before, the process can seem intimidating because you don’t know what to expect. If you’re nervous, styling from home might be a gentler way to dive in. We love helping you wherever you’re at in your style journey! We strive to create a non-judgemental space where we help empower you to put on your best, confident self! 

Here’s a breakdown of our top three signature online styling services: Cleanse, Replenish, and Merge. You can book any of these sessions individually as needed, and this video will help you better understand what we accomplish in each session.

THE CLEANSE

Start with a Closet Cleanse!

The Closet Cleanse allows your stylist to dive into your closet to get a better understanding of what you need. We start off by asking questions about your lifestyle, where you’ve been shopping in the past, and other details to help us identify what type of items truly fit your personality.

After this quick intro, you get to share your closet with us. We’ll have you show us the items you wear most and share the shoes you wear on the daily. We’ll also ask you to try items on to make sure each piece fits correctly. Overall, this helps you eliminate items that no longer match your personal style.  

By the end, your stylist will be able to identify the key pieces that are missing from your closet, what to look for and avoid when shopping, and changes we can make to help you achieve your style goals

The Closet Cleanse is always the first of our signature online styling services I recommend for a new client. It provides a great introduction to the styling process and gives your stylist a lot of information about you before moving on to shopping

If you’re a returning client and you haven’t seen your stylist in 2+ years or have gone through significant changes in your life, we recommend booking a Cleanse before a Replenish so we can reevaluate your wardrobe and goals.

 

 

THE REPLENISH

If you feel:

-too busy to figure all this out on your own

You’ll love the replenish experience! We offer a 2- or 3-hour option because it’s important to have enough items to build a cohesive foundation for your wardrobe. This doesn’t mean you have to spend thousands of dollars—we can work with as little as a $500 shopping budget—but the average tends to be around $1500 to $2,000 for a shopping trip.

Trust me, shopping online is JUST as effective—if not more—than an in-person session. When we shop in-person, we are limited to the stores nearby our shopping spot, which usually restricts us to the mall. But online, we can literally shop anywhere!

If you didn’t book a Cleanse beforehand, we start off the Replenish with a 20-minute video call to get an update on your current wardrobe. The goal of the shopping trip is to stay focused, so we first need to know what to focus on. Your stylist will shop for items that will enhance your current closet and make a list of what to look for. 

After the call or Cleanse, your stylist will send suggestions of items to shop for and store them all in one folder for you to access. You’ll get a link to our private app, where you can access all items we chose for you in a Pinterest-like board. You can easily click on the photo of the item and be directed to the website to make your purchase.

This is how we help you find the items you love! Your stylist will also leave notes under some of the items to let you know why they were chosen for you.

During an online shopping session, it’s important to keep in mind that it’s recommended to purchase more than necessary and go over your budget. You won’t keep everything, but you want enough variety to try on at home. Afterwards, you can simply return the pieces you don’t want to keep. Your stylist will pull items they know will work, but they will also pull items for you that are different styles or brands to add variety to your look.

After you receive all the items you ordered, you schedule a 30-minute call to evaluate your purchases. Then, you and your stylist will decide together what to keep and return. You don’t need to make any decisions on your own—we are here to guide you! 

 

THE MERGE

The Merge is the last and most impactful step of the styling process. This is where you get to see your wardrobe come together! 

If you got excited after seeing your new pieces after your shopping trip, imagine what it feels like afterwards. You’ll probably have a moment where you stop and think: Okay, these are all great, but how do I actually wear these new items?

Merge is perfect if you:

-want to have multiple ways to wear everything you own

-don’t know how to put all the pieces together

-are busy and want set outfits to choose from

-have a lot of clothes in your closet and want to wear them in new ways

After Merge, you’ll have 30 outfits—yes 30 outfits—ready to go with shoes and accessories included.

Here’s how it works: Your stylist will send you a link to your “virtual closet” and ask you to photograph all your items individually. It’s easy to do—no fancy equipment necessary! You’ll either hang your items up on the door or lay them flat against a clean background. If any items have specific details or colors that don’t show up well, you can easily leave a note on the app to let your stylist know.

Once all your photos are uploaded, your stylist will get to work creating 30 looks for you! There are countless combinations and possibilities, so if you find this service helpful, you can always ask for more.

Your stylist will make 2-3 outfits per item so you have multiple options. Keep in mind that we can’t get to every single thing in your closet, and we usually choose newer items, versatile pieces, and key staples first. If there is anything you really want us to get to, please let us know.

The app can be downloaded on your phone to easily access your outfits, or you can use your laptop. Next time you have to get ready just open up the folder and choose from your head-to-toe looks.

This option is good for new clients who have clothing they like but aren’t wearing those pieces enough. It’s also perfect for clients who have a lot of clothing and want new ways to wear their items and clients who have recently had a Replenish. Merge completes your styling experience by showing you how to make the most of your purchases.
