Three Outfit Ideas for Faux Leather Joggers
Leather joggers are one of my favorite pants of the season. They keep you warm, feel comfortable, and look great (even on days you aren’t feeling your best, that stretch waistband is everything!). When I was looking at options for myself, I decided to go with a cream colored jogger. During these darker, colder days of fall, I’ve noticed wearing lighter colors have boosted my spirits. All of these outfits can definitely be replaced with a black jogger if that’s the look you are going for, the cream color is more of a statement piece for those that enjoy a little extra.
TIPS TO SHOP FOR JOGGERS
When it comes to joggers, there are so many kinds to choose from including, some with:
Zippers on the hem
Straight leg
Higher waist
Wider waist band
Strands or no strands
Different colors
If you love the idea of finding a faux leather jogger, don’t be discouraged by all the options. It’s great there are all kinds of options for you to try, here is one out there for you that you’ll love and wear again and again. Order a few, try them on and take note of what parts of the orders you like and don’t like. This will help you get closer to the piece that works for you.

How to Wear Faux Leather Joggers
Personally, what I love about the joggers I purchased from Banana Republic is that they are flattering. I’m 5’3” and have a rectangle shaped body. The joggers make me feel more feminine and curvy which are a huge plus for me.
The best jogger options are over $120 and I want to make sure if you invest in one, you see how versatile these pants really are. You may already have items in your closet to pair with it, or you might find it will look better with new pieces. Use these looks as inspiration to make sure you get the most use of the leather joggers you own or the ones you plan on buying.
BLOUSE + JOGGERS + PLATFORM BOOTIES
The best way to dress up the joggers is with a blouse. If you are wearing this look to work, find a blouse you normally wear with dress pants or a nice pair of jeans. You’ll find that a leather jogger might be your new favorite pant for work.
The blouse can be a modern print, floral, solid, or silk. Pull out pieces you love and wear them more often. If you don’t have any blouses you like in your closet shop for one! Blouses will also go with jeans or work pants.

SWEATER + JOGGERS + SNAKESKIN BOOTIES
When it comes to sweaters, I suggest a shorter sweater (not necessarily a crop) or one that looks good slightly tucked into the joggers. If you pair it with a sweater that looks too chunky, it may make the whole outfit look overwhelming on your body. I suggest finding a light weight or medium weight sweater that won’t overpower the look. The snakeskin booties are great for adding something fun to a head to toe look in solids.
SWEATERS TO SHOP FROM

THE LEO PULLOVER // M.M Lafleur

TEE + MOTO JACKET + JOGGERS + SUEDE BOOTIES
This outfit is one of my favorites because I LOVE an outfit with a good jacket. You can wear a tee shirt, a long sleeve, or a blouse underneath the jacket. Depending on how casual or how dressed up you want to be, the shirt underneath will change the look. When pairing this with a bomber jacket, choose one that’s made of cotton, polyester, silk, or another material so it’s doesn’t clash.
