Choose an easy to pull on lightweight sweater and a tee underneath in case it gets hot in the kitchen.

If you want to take a romantic walk outside, or have a socially-distanced outdoor picnic on a cozy blanket, it’s crucial to layer your clothes.

For your date night outfit… layer it up! 

Get a fitted or semi-fitted turtleneck to pair under a zip-up coat. The best way to wear oversized coats and jackets is with a fitted top. The chunky boots are the highlight of this look. I chose this white pair instead of a black because I’m finding a lot of clients opting for lighter colors this season, and this pair goes well.

My favorite is the Spanx option, because they lift your body in all the right places. Sneakers make a great casual option, but you can glam it up with fun earrings.

When I think of a staycation, I think of wine, room service, and bonding time. Pull on a nice blouse and tuck it into a high-waist, straight jean to dress it down. Pair suede, lace up boots to keep your look feeling comfortable but polished.
